As independent technicians with a foundation in high-end and prestige vehicle experience, we are committed to providing dealership-level quality with a personal, transparent approach. We take pride in treating every vehicle with the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability for every customer.

THE TEAM
Ben Peacock
Co-Founder Sussex GT Vehicle Services
Having been in the motor trade for over 20 years, Ben has extensive main dealer experience having spent 11 years at the prestige brand, Bentley. During his tenure, he advanced his expertise through the Bentley Factory Training Programme, achieving Master Technician status.
Between 2023 & 2025 Ben became one of the first technicians in the UK to complete the new Generation 3 Bentley Master Technician accreditation. Alongside the master technician accreditation he also completed the Bentley High Voltage training programme achieving High Voltage Expert (HVE) status.
When he's not working, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and friends, renovating their home and mountain biking over the South Downs.
Richard Lee
Co-Founder Sussex GT Vehicle Services
Richard has been in the international automotive trade for over 20 years. With extensive main dealer experience, during his 13 year tenure at the prestige brand, Bentley, he advanced his expertise through the Bentley Factory Training Programme, achieving Master Technician status.
Richard also spent one year working for Bentley Lamborghini Muscat in Oman in the Middle East. Recruited from the UK for his expertise in brand knowledge and technical experience, he spent his time there enhancing workshop operations and establishing Bentley approved processes.
When he is not in the workshop you will find Richard somewhere on the South Downs on his mountain bike or spending time with his family.
